How it all started!

It all started from a small village in the western foothills of the mountain range of
Kerdyllia where my grandfather kept a small flock of sheep, collecting
images of the management of the flock and some traditional cheese making techniques
I took the decision to turn these images into special tasty
creations. So in 2010 I started to study at the Department of Agriculture of the Aristotle
University of Thessaloniki with postgraduate studies in animal production. In 2021, a small
family dairy was founded and so the Chachola family made the dream
come true.
